I'm so glad MichyM wanted to see yesterday's POTD in b&w --- so that's what today's photo is!! What do you think? Color or b&w? I'm partial to b&w so i think i like it better converted.
Also..............
I've been TAGGED by Cristina (Christina4K). So here are my 6 Weird Things About Me....
1. I only drink Pepsi - with ice - MUST be with ice.
2. When i was pregnant with my son all the meat (yes... raw) in the freezer section of the grocery stores used to make my mouth water. If that isn't weird, then i don't know what is!!
3. It scares me....really scares me that one day i could lose ALL my teeth.
4. I can be having a conversation and immediately forget what i'm talking about, yes, sometimes even in mid-sentence.
5. I am clueless when it comes to the 'famous people world' - i only know a handful of actor and actresses. Otherwise, i'm like, 'what?!?!? who's that ?!?!?! they were in which movie?!?!?'
6. I was more afraid of the needles, the epidural, all the poking and things that happen before labor than i was of actually giving birth.
Phewwwwwwwwww.....that's it!!....that was hard!!!!
And now i'm tagging...Andree, Yvonne, Dar (Dar Kaso), and Noell. I really hope you ladies haven't been tagged already =).

For me, color all the way. I think that yellow strip really helps bring out the energy of the game (jmho). The bw kinds of looses the energy (my taste again) but I like it too!
I'm glad I'm not the only one that "forgets" what I'm talking about mid-sentence. I guess it just gets worse with age :(
And as far as actors/actresses, I'm just as bad, being Mexican I'm supposed to recognize the Mexican as well as the American actors but I can't do neither of them...I'm just not into TV at all...but who cares...

hmm it's a hard choice for me...i love the tones of your bw conversion, but I think I like this photo better in color. Great capture either way!

Both are great, I can't choose, your conversions rock, you get them right every time.
Yep, I've tagged, its up on regular blog. I think everyone in cyber space has been tagged by this one.

Hi Cherry,
Thanks for the tag, I just put it up on my blog. I thought I was a little weird...now I know for sure...thanks!
Love both pictures but I do prefer the conversion. Your conversion are perfect. Never too dark or light. You are Photoshop gifted!

Love this shot in colour and B&W. Cherry your conversions are so fabulous.

You have nailed conversions, girl!! Someday, you'll have to share your secrets. :) It's difficult to pick a favorite from these two because they say completely different things to me. The color version definitely has more energy, more pop. The second one makes it more moody--kind of makes it more about your son than the sport to me. Does that make sense? Love 'em both! TFS them!
**I enjoyed your list! Funny!

I like the conversion. The blacks are black and the whites are white...nice and crisp and clear! What's your secret?

I love the conversion! I wish I knew how to do that. I still get the "greyscaled" version of black and white :( Personally, I prefer the b/w version - I think you did afantastic job.

Hope everything is good with you, I see that the latest POTD for yo uwas back in march? Mine's WAY behind. At this point, there's no point and sadly no time!
