Thought i'd try to try and capture the kids bouncing on the sofa. I'm usally really bad with blur so this was a real challenge for me to get the proper settings. Taken in the evening when there was no light at all (8:30 p.m.). I used my strobe flash powered all the way down, had the room's ceiling lights on (i forgot to turn off the table lamp on the left side of my son - incase you're wondering what that bright light is!!). The images are not as sharp as i would like them to be. Any suggestions? These images are SOOC.

I think you did very well. They are frozen and you have a good composure. What kind of studio lights are you using?

Your kids are probably wondering why you're encouraging them to jump on the furniture! Love her hair!

Great shots _ I love the second one. I don't see a blur in that one at all- it is nice and crisp! My only cc would be there is a hot spot on your DD's cheek and forehead but since you have your lights way down I'm not sure how you would fix it? I'm looking at AB's do you like them so far?

Thanks for the cc - didn't even notice the hot spots - you've got a good eye!! =).
