This little girl just makes me smile all over...
So...i never realized how much fun it would be to have my own buddy to hang out with. J and X went to hockey so i decided to hit the stores with my new shopping buddy - it used to always be X but now he's so into sports he only on occasion want to go out with me :( So me and my little girl hit the toy store!!...and what did she find?...a Groovy Girl....with wings LOL!! that is sooooooooo like her to find THAT....
So to improve on my phototography skills i've taken up a challenge.
A photo a day for the next year...my goal for Dec 31st 2007...to be better than i was on January 1st.

What a better way to spend the new year than to sit around all morning with the kids in our pj's and just play...
We've been go-go-go since Christmas eve, busy with preparing for Christmas, baking, visiting friends and just going out with the kids that we haven't had the chance to spend time at home. J and I are back to work tomorrow - the holidays just flew by. We've soooo been wanting to just sleep in and relax with the kids at home - figures we finally get to do it on our last day of vacation. Isn't that how things always end up?
Had some downtime today and was able to finally play with my Christmas present =)!! I can't believe it took me 4 days to pull out my new toy and play....Here's some pics... 
On another note....i can't believe it's new years eve tomorrow night. I think we'll be trying to tidy up the house during the day and going skating in the evening with the kids and cousins and hanging with my sister-in-law...yummmmmm hot chocolate....

Can you feel the excitement building?!?!?....Christmas is almost here. Today the house smells like baked goodies: gingerbread sleighs, trees and snowmen, shortbread, cheesecakes, tiramisu and filipino flan. We'll be getting our Christmas eve diner ready, getting the kids ready for Santa's visit and enjoying family time....
...he know if you are sleepping...and obviously these 2 are not....
...thank goodness they might get on his good side with these...
